The South West Institute of Technology encourages and welcomes your feedback. If you would like to tell us about a positive experience you have had at our Institute, we would love to hear from you. If you have an issue you would like to discuss, or would like to make a complaint, please give us your feedback and we will do our best to look into the problem and resolve it. You do not have to leave us any contact details on this online form, however if you do choose to give us your name and address, email address or phone number, we will be able to contact you to tell you how we were able to respond to the issue you raised. We will acknowledge your feedback within 5 working days, and where there is an issue to investigate, the person managing your feedback will respond to you within 10 further working days to report on any outcomes and actions. The Institute endeavours to resolve feedback within 30 working days.

If you wish to appeal the outcome of an assessment, please ask your lecturer or the Portfolio Manager of your faculty, who will advise you on the Academic Result Appeal process.
